Grills aren’t just for steaks and burgers! They can be the focus of your entertaining and dining creations year round! Learn to grill everything from appetizers to desserts in this class put on by Appalachian Energy who sells numerous grills, smokers, and built-ins. Charles Rogers and other members of his team will guide you in creating appetizers, salad, entrees, and desserts. The best part – you finish the class by eating all your creations! Beer and wine will be served for attendees 21 and over. This class is for all levels of cooks but the menu is ambitious so we need to start on time and be a little flexible with the ending time to be sure everyone is comfortable with their creations. Class should be over by 1 or 1:30 so you can still go to the Grand Tasting. Plenty of food, here. Don’t plan on lunch after!
