What better to Savor in the High South than a true, chef made Southern Supper! Chef “Fry” (Sam) Beasley has created a three course menu with a main entrée that’s sure to take you back to Sunday in grandma’s kitchen, or introduce you to a time tested southern favorite. Dinner includes tastings of your choice of either beer or wine that we have specially selected for the main entrée, and then your selected choice to enjoy with your meal. The price is $30 per person.
Reservations are highly recommended (or seating cannot be guaranteed) and seating will be throughout the evening. Join us in welcoming Chef Fry, a high country legend, to our team!

- 1st – Tomato Basil Soup
- 2nd – Sweet Tea Brined Southern Fried Chicken Breast, served with Creamy Yukon Mashed Potatoes, Chicken Pan Gravy, and Sautéed Bacon-Kissed Mustard Greens
- 3rd – Key Lime Bars with a Grand Marnier Infused Whipped Cream
