Have you ever wondered about the difference between fresh and aged cheese? Feta vs. chevre? Or where a bloomy rind comes from? What is a cave-aged cheese? Cheesemakers will discuss all of these things, as well as their experiences making and selling cheese. We will be joined by cheesemakers from the following dairies and creameries:
