The spice is right! With so many spices, foods, and wines available from all over the world on today’s market, the old adage of red wine with red meat and white wine with white meat just doesn’t always hold true. In this seminar learn about how to pair wine with the different spices found in food. Use this modern pairing method at your next dinner party, and your guests will be asking how you came up with such an excellent pairing.
